An organization's subscription carries its own allowance, limits, and spend cap. Usage attributed to an org bills to that org — strictly isolated from other tenants.
Custom limits, negotiated pricing, and entitlement overrides are applied by our team as versioned plan configuration — nothing is hard-coded per customer.
